Ground floor: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), shower room (shower/toilet), separate toilet.  
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Solar underfloor heating and electric heating. Partially enclosed courtyard terrace (200m²). Partially enclosed orchard with garden (500m²). Wi-Fi. Greenway along the canal 3 km away. Table tennis. Bourbon-Lancy (spa town) 20 km, lake 20 km. Accessible for people with disabilities.  
  
BENEFITS: Bed linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. Baby equipment: travel cot, baby bath, potty, changing mat, high chair.
