« While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

« Staff was on top of the details and very friendly. We did not use the pool, but the breakfast was great/varied selections. The location could not have been better with access to the university, stores, and restaurants. »
