With its contemporary architecture and thoughtful design, it is the perfect choice for those seeking luxurious accommodation near the sea. The villa is designed to bring natural light into every corner, thanks to large glass surfaces that open the space towards the sea and the beautiful terrace with a heated pool. The overall design combines a modern style, clean lines, and bright color tones, providing a sense of spaciousness and comfort. With a surface area of 270 m², Casa Forma is ideal for accommodating up to eight guests, housed in four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This ensures a high level of privacy and comfort, especially suitable for families or groups of friends who value their space. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by an elegant entrance hall leading to the main common area and the house's sleeping quarters. The main space is open-plan, combining a modernly equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, allowing for seamless socializing and relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a hob, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, making meal preparation simple. The dining room features a large table that comfortably seats eight people, while the living room offers a leather sofa and a modern TV for evening movie enjoyment.
