Spacious clean room, loved the sliding glass door out to our own patio, beautiful view of the river and Chief Blackhawk statue. The only thing needed is a non slip bath mat the bottom of the tub is very slippery. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come stay again.

We stayed in a very small room with a double bed, and it was perfect! Price was very reasonable and staff was tremendous! Beautiful patio area overlooking the Rock River where we enjoyed morning coffee and watched the eagles overhead, friendly guests that chatted with us. All in all, a GREAT place to stay!

Everything was clean and maintained and got the job done. Unimpressive but practical. Areas of improvement: are Front Desk Staff needs to be better at communication and being helpful, also there was a literal BAT in one room and a hornet in another. Unfortunate situations that could be improved with better maintenance of the building overall.

Ever since I attended a race nearby, I don’t even bother looking at other businesses. I just need a bed for a few nights and staff’s super helpful and nice. The one note I’d say is my room had a small shower, it was a bit hard to move around.

We had a first floor room that faced the river. The room was very large with a king size bed that provided a great night's sleep. Room had a couple of comfortable chairs with a table, refrigerator and microwave as well as a very comfortable recliner. Coffee was available 24 x 7 with flavored creamers. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was very clean it was one of the most clean rooms I think I've ever seen at a hotel the only thing that I found disconcerting was when you stepped out of the elevator on the second floor there was a very unpleasant musty odor that was there for the entire time of my 3-day stay
