« What a fantastic B&B, free parking right behind if you are lucky. The accommodation was lovely, the rooms are brilliant, our room (right at the top) was boutique style with a nice big bath in the room, great views out of the windows. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities in the room and a private toilet. Nice comfortable big bed with a big heavy duvet and plenty of pillows. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. « The Swan at Hay Hotel est une bonne adresse pour qui veut séjourner à Hay-on-Wye et découvrir les librairies de livres anciens ou la réserve d'oiseaux de Holy Island. Bonne cuisine dans un cadre chaleureux et agréable, avec un service détendu et efficace. Un bémol : certaines chambres donnent directement sur une cour intérieure, et il ne faut pas se trouver en face du néon de sécurité qui nous a éclairés toutes les nuits... (en l'absence de rideau sur la porte, il a fallu mettre une serviette de...
