Enjoy this spacious, bright, beautifully designed new build condo with over 1,200 sq. feet for family and friends to gather. Located in the heart of Dillon, this condo is GREAT FOR ALL SEASONS! The unit includes large windows with mountain views and ample light in this open concept living and dining space.

CONDO LAYOUT: Two bedrooms; a master bedroom with a high-end king bed mattress and private bathroom, the second bedroom comfortably sleeps three-four (double bed, twin trundle, double pull out couch). The open floor plan includes a modern kitchen that opens up to a dining and living area. Includes one indoor parking space in heated garage, with storage in the garage for skis/boards/boots.

WINTER: Ski resorts in every direction!! Grab your skis and walk across the street to the free ski shuttles with several buses servicing Summit County. This condo is centrally located for access to multiple ski resorts/multiple passes. **Keystone Resort 7 miles, Breckenridge 16 miles, Arapahoe Basin 11 miles, Copper Mountain 13 miles. After a long day of skiing come home to a fireplace and all the necessary amenities for a delicious meal at the large family sized dining table.

SUMMER: Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck as you take in the mountain views. Steps to Lake Dillon with its countless summer activities (pontoon boats, paddle boarding, and kayak rentals, boat taxi to Frisco, fishing and more). Summer Farmer's Market and many festivals right outside your door. Have drinks or a casual meal at the lake front Tiki Bar, watch the boats come and go, then let the kids play at the newly renovated lakefront park. Easy access to bike trail around the lake connecting to Frisco and Breckenridge. Two short walking blocks to Dillon's spectacular Amphitheater and weekend concerts. Three minute walk to Pug Ryan's, Arapahoe Cafe and more.

The place was great; but the picture on Expedia showed a lake front view which it did not have. It had a view of a parking lot. Still nice view of mountains in background. Not sure if that’s the hosts fault. Ez access to amphitheater, coffee, and a bar/rest or two. I wish they would set the timer to a little earlier than 3 if the unit is empty. Getting there at 2:45 and waiting around for 15 minutes kind of annoying.

This condo is five- star!

We came for a concert on Lake Dillon and this condo was two blocks away from the lake and pavilion. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed and more! Beautiful and comfy furnishings with an incredible view of the mountains from the deck. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property and location, exactly as advertised!

Fantastic Location

PROS: The property location is absolutely ideal with easy access to all Summit County has to offer. Kitchen and baths were well appointed with all the standard necessities. Nice and fluffy towels. AMAZING views from the balcony. The couch was super comfy for a lazy afternoon. Great garage parking! CONS: Bed was average comfortable {a simple addition of a mattress topper would be a huge improvement}. The pillows could use a refresh, mine had a weird odor. The shade in the master bedroom did not provide adequate coverage around the edge of the window so the light from the unit across the street and the sunlight in the early morning shone right into the room making sleep an issue. We knew the unit was non-A/C so expected to sleep with the windows open in the evening. If you are a light-sleeper like me BRING EAR PLUGS. The street noise is loud (people taking, cars driving by, dogs barking) and made it difficult to sleep. I know this is out of the property owner's control and would not be an issue in the winter months.

Our whole stay here was wonderful. Rental was beautiful and clean and worked great for our family. Close to town and lake and beautiful views. Host was extremely helpful, we had some weather roll in and host was very responsive during changing plans.

This stay had all the details of a fine hotel with the comfort of a home. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed and more. The couch and beds were so, so comfortable. Close walking proximity to the amphitheater, lake, farmer's market, and restaurants.

Great Condo

It was a Great place to stay while we were skiing. Great restaurants nearby. Only 15 minutes from our ski resort. The condo was very comfortable to stay in. Just don’t get confused about the front door code being your storage locker code. 🤦🏻‍♂️The property owner texted me back right away and told me what to do. I will definitely be back again.
