  • Profitez de ce nouveau condo spacieux, lumineux et magnifiquement conçu avec plus de 1 200 pieds carrés pour la famille et les amis. Situé au coeur de Dillon, ce condo est IDÉAL POUR TOUTES LES SAISONS! L'unité comprend de grandes fenêtres avec vue sur la montagne et beaucoup de lumière dans ce salon et salle à manger à aire ouverte.

    DISPOSITION DU CONDO: Deux chambres; une chambre principale avec un lit king-size haut de gamme et une salle de bains privative, la deuxième chambre peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes (lit superposé double, lit gigogne double, canapé-lit double). Le plan d'étage ouvert comprend une cuisine moderne qui s'ouvre sur un coin repas et salon. Comprend deux places de stationnement (une dans le garage, une à l'extérieur) et comprend également un espace de rangement dans le garage pour les skis / planches / chaussures.

    HIVER: Des stations de ski dans tous les sens !! Prenez vos skis et traversez la rue jusqu'aux navettes de ski gratuites avec plusieurs bus desservant le comté de Summit. Ce condo est situé au centre pour l'accès à plusieurs stations de ski / passes multiples. ** Keystone Resort à 7 miles, Breckenridge à 16 miles, bassin Arapahoe à 11 miles, Copper Mountain à 13 miles. Après une longue journée de ski, rentrez chez vous avec une cheminée et toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un délicieux repas à la grande table à manger familiale.

    ÉTÉ: Profitez de votre café du matin sur le pont tout en admirant la vue sur la montagne. À quelques pas du lac Dillon avec ses innombrables activités estivales (bateaux pontons, paddle board et location de kayaks, bateau-taxi pour Frisco, pêche et plus encore). Perfect Spot!

This was the best spot we have stayed in Dillon. We go up every year for our annual trip, and we loved this spot. The owner was super responsive, flexible, and made our stay wonderful! Will be staying here everytime we come up to Dillon in the future!

Our whole stay here was wonderful. Rental was beautiful and clean and worked great for our family. Close to town and lake and beautiful views. Host was extremely helpful, we had some weather roll in and host was very responsive during changing plans.

The condo was clean and modern, perfect fit for our group for the weekend. Our host was communicative and check in was easy. It’s the perfect distance to the amphitheater and other attractions in Dillon, would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We were very happy with this place! Amanda was so easy to work with and very accommodating for our stay on short notice. The condo was perfect for our family of five. Unit was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This condo is five- star!

We came for a concert on Lake Dillon and this condo was two blocks away from the lake and pavilion. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed and more! Beautiful and comfy furnishings with an incredible view of the mountains from the deck. We will definitely be back.

Perfect winter vacation spot

The location and amenities were great and just as described. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. The condo was stocked with anything and everything we needed to be comfortable. Easy walk to stores, restaurants, lakefront. Would absolutely love to stay here again.
