Experience vintage Summit County at this value priced location. Located on the ground floor walk out level. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with TV and gas fireplace insert. There is a walk out patio with views to the West. 1 car assigned parking spot in front, and an additional 1 spot in guest parking first come, first served. 2 car maximum. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

This condo is 25 min or less to 5 top ski resorts. Keystone Ski Resort (10 minutes), Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort (15 minutes), Breckenridge Ski Resort (25 minutes), Copper Mountain Resort (18 minutes), Loveland Ski Area (20 minutes). Within an hour away is Vail Ski Resort. Frisco Adventure Park is about 15 minutes away and offers some great nordic skiing and tubing.
