Summary:

BRECK TOWN LODGE - Air Conditioning! This 9-bedroom, 9-bathroom home just 2 blocks from Main Street is the perfect place to accommodate large or small groups. While there is plenty of sleeping room for 24 people, it is also intimate enough for a family of 5. Located in the heart of the historic district, the home offers a unique layout with three private suites on the lower level and can sleep up to 28 guests in total. This home is conveniently located to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge!

The Neighborhood:

This is one of the BEST locations in Breckenridge! Located on French Street in the heart of Breckenridge, home to the world class ski resort and summer destination. This home is just steps away from the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Walk two blocks to Main Street or take the free bus anywhere in town from the stop just outside the home.



Getting Around:

The Breck Free Ride bus stop just out the door, you will be able to get anywhere within Breckenridge in a few minutes or less. There are 6 outdoor parking spaces located to the left side of the house (2 rows/3 cars deep) - If all six spaces are used, you will need to park strategically. There is additional daily use street parking in front of the house but you cannot use these spaces for overnight parking.



Other Things to Note:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that a rental agreement will be sent for you to sign immediately after your reservation is confirmed.



CANCELLATION POLICY: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.

This house is truly wonderful! Great for families and friends. What a great location with plenty of rooms, bathrooms and gathering spaces! It had a lovely well appointed kitchen, great hot tub and deck area, fantastic ski locker area, and great location! Close to the village and we took the Ice Rink bus route which picks you up on the corner and takes you to Beaver Run lift during peak times!

Very clean. Spacious gathering area for our family reunion of 20. Well stocked dishes, cups, glasses, pots, pans, etc. Paper products also well stocked. We lacked nothing. Family Friendly

Large group of 17 rented two homes - this home was perfect for all the bedrooms and bathrooms that were needed. The downstairs suites provided extra seating, mini fridges and gathering spaces for more family members to meet, while the upstairs tables and chairs were perfect for family dinners. The kitchen worked great for large meal preparation and all the appliances worked very well. Hot tub was clean and maintained while we were there.Any questions we had were answered right away via text. The home is right downtown but very quiet. Everyone had a great time.

Family Christmas

The property was perfect for our family Christmas. The amenities were wonderful. Have a fully stocked kitchen made it very easy for a large family. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. And probably the best aspect of this prop was the location. There was a small grocery right behind the house, as well only a short walk to main street. We love the property and will definitely consider for our next trip back to Breckenridge.

70th Birthday Family Vacation

The house was perfect. The location was 2 blocks from Main Street. The Breck Bus and Downtown Trolley stopped right by the house for ease of getting around town. The house had several gathering areas that no one felt crowded. The kitchen was huge so we could all eat together. Two coffee pots plus K-Cup too. 2 crockpots, several refrigerators, LOTS of dishes, pots and pans, bakeware. Our 4 children and their families plus our Grandaughters family all fit perfectly! We LOVED our stay here and hated to leave!!!

Best Breckenridge House

Our group of 20 people stayed here and loved it. Quick 5-10 minute walk to peak 9 lift, 3 min walk to a grocery/ liquor store and surrounded by restaurants. The house was clean and served every need our group had. Fonda was great - I would definitely stay here again!

Far Exceeds Expectations!

This rental was better than we expected. The house is amazingly beautiful and it was so clean. Everything was stocked fully with things that no one even knows they need! Great shampoo. Anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The neighborhood is absolutely close enough to walk to the gondola, but it was too cold! Almost everything you could need is within walking distance. Restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, and bars. The owners were great to work wit. We absolutely recommend this place. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Roomy, beautiful and comfortable with a big kitchen and dining area

We loved the layout and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is well-stocked with all the necessities. The house is clean and updated. All the beds were reported to be comfortable. Hot tub was clean and hot. Grill was clean and updated. In walking distance to downtown Breck along with a few hiking trails. Parking was convenient. If back in this area with a large group, we would definitely stay again.

Great location

We had a family reunion at this residence and it was perfect for lots of different families to stay. The number of bathrooms is great. The eating space for the 19 of us was very nice. A gathering space for everyone was not available at one time, so the kitchen seemed to be where everyone hung out. Front door needs refurbishment. It looks haggered. .

Great house for a large group & close to town

We loved our stay here! It was a great house for a big group - we had 21 people ranging from 70 years old to 8 months and it was comfortable for everyone. It is also in close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. We enjoyed the hot tub and views from the backyard and top deck. Very clean, lots of towels, bedding, toiletries, etc. The kitchen is well stocked too. We would stay here again!

Best family vacation ever

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 18 adults and a baby. Plenty of rooms, baths and dining seating. We loved the location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants, grocery store, etc. The house was well appointed with everything we needed, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a large group to gather comfortably!

Absolutely incredible!

We stayed here for a week in February to ski and it was absolutely incredible. Honestly it could not be better. We were a group of 19 including eight children, ages 2 through 8. The house is beautiful, well-appointed, and in a very walkable location with easy access to shops, restaurants, skiing, and other activities. Very high end furnishings and decor. The layout is really nice for lots of different families as there are separate spaces. We have toddler twins and stayed in the downstairs and it was quiet and great. I can't believe how wonderful this place was and I hope we come back every year.

Great house, great location.

This house was perfect for our large group in Breckenridge to celebrate a wedding. With so many bed and bathrooms there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready for the event without crowding. In addition, were able to enjoy so much of Breckenridge within walking distance from the house. The large main floor living area and kitchen were perfect for gathering to eat and play games. The staff was attentive, courteous and helpful. We’ll always have great memories from our time!

Excellent accommodations for large group

Great house within walking distance of the village in Breck. Our very large group had a great time staying together instead of spread out among hotels and other vacation rentals. The property was very clean, in very good condition and well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The only problem we had was a backed up toilet but when we called management they were there within 15 minutes (after hours) and promptly resolved the problem. The rental was a little pricey but if you have a large group the cost per person can be very reasonable compared to a hotel.

Great location, amazing communication

There are several minor maintenance issues that are hopefully getting fixed. But the communication with the property manager was amazing. Incredible 9-bedroom place in downtown Breck. Everyone loved the hot tub. We would book again.

If You Need a Big House in the Historic District, This is the Place

Plenty of bedrooms for a multi-generational family gathering, including several suites with sitting rooms and full baths. Perfect location in the heart of the historic residential district - away from the Main St. and resort crush, but easy walk when you want restaurants and stores. Small fenced, green, private backyard with large hot tub was a favorite spot for reading, sunning, yoga and chatting. Upper level balcony with awesome view - another great gathering spot. Likewise the kitchen island with large comfy chairs. Two big dining tables can also be used for games and puzzles.
