Breathtaking Views In Serene Setting, Close To It All

Welcome to our family vacation retreat. Colorado rustic decor greets you at our well-appointed condo. The views here are truly amazing and take our breath away every time we visit.

The property can comfortably sleep up to four adults on two queen beds. The log bedroom set includes a queen-size bed featuring a Tuft & Needle Mattress (Amazon's highest-rated). The ensuite bathroom has a separate sink and vanity area. Mountains are additionally viewed from the bedroom above our quaint neighborhood.

The living room features a convertible couch with a queen size sleeping area. A 55-inch television with cable and DVD is mounted above a fold away dining table with four chairs. Access to the balcony greets you with the spectacular view to rise to in the morning and celebrate the sunsets.

The kitchen area has eating space for three with comfortable bar stools. There is a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a full-size oven. We have worked to include items to prepare a meal from quick and easy to fancy and elaborate. The coffee maker can use grounds or single-serve cups.

The building is separated from the pristine Lake Dillon Reservoir by our large grassy play area. Sand volleyball court, a disc golf net, and BBQ and picnic areas provide additional entertainment options. Fish right from the shore, launch your canoe, kayak, or paddle board, or take a walk or bike ride, from right outside our doors.

A short walk or drive will bring you to the town of Dillon which includes bars, restaurants, live theater and music, museums, parks and so much more. Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin are accessible by town bus or a short drive. A little further drive will take you to Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek. Summit County is in the heart of it all, with access to any mountain activity you could want.

The condo is on the third floor offering the best views in the complex. It is accessed via two flights of stairs, one outside and one inside. An additional amenity is an on-site coin-operated laundry facility.

The space was good. The host was unresponsive. We were not given check in information. The host did not respond to messages through the VRBO app, did not answer phone calls, including when VRBO called him on my behalf. He was unapologetic saying the info should have been sent to me. It wasn't. He didn't check in afterwards to make sure everything else went smoothly.

Dillon lake views!

the location of this very small second level condo is ideal. There's easy access to skiing at Keystone Hopper, and a basin. The views out the patio window of the mountain range in Lake. Dylan are spectacular also. The place itself was well equipped with kitchen items, but lacked bathroom necessities like soap, shampoo moisturizer. It made for a really great day, but a few small changes would make it a luxury stay.

Condo was what we were looking for. Spectacular views of the lake, marina, and mountains from living room and deck. Conveniently located in Dillon to groceries and restaurants. Near trails we were wanting to hike. Comfy bed.

Beautiful View

Just as described, quaint little place at the edge of the lake. Absolutely breathtaking views, close to everything and mostly quiet. Bed was comfortable. Lots of stairs but that was fine with us. Had no issues or even a need to contact the host. Loved being able to hop on our bikes and be right on the trail. Would stay again!

Condo is as advertised. The key code to lock box was incorrect so our check in was delayed. When property manager was contacted he did not answer right away. We had to come back some time later after we obtained the correct key code.

Clean, comfortable bed, nicely equipped kitchen. Good location to alternate between Keystone, Breckenridge and A Basin. Not too much in town but Silverthorne is right next door. House instructions were good.

Great proximity to ski mountains

Enjoyed the stay here, pretty views over the lake with mtns in the distance. Easy 15-20m drive to Copper mountain, 1.75h to Steamboat. Some small town vibes in Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne, but dining out was a bit hit or miss. Property was cozy and accomodating, with a few quirks present of a small place. Parking was easy at the unit most days, though extra snow in the lot can be a bit annoying if youre not used to snow or don't have a AWD vehicle. Do bring any bathing essentials needed. If you plan to cook, take a look through the cabinets before running out, there were some essentials, but we made do with what existed. Beds were comfy and couch was spacious for relaxing after skiings. Shower and bathroom were clean and nicely functional. Kitchen had a bare set of essentials, but that didn't impede our desired function. Would stay here again for a week long trip!

Phenomenal Views!

Great little place with an amazing view of Dillon Reserve! Plenty of room for me and my friend. And definitely gonna bring my family back here. Plenty of room for my wife and I in the bedroom and the two kids on the pull-out futon. Very clean and exactly as listed. Anthony was very responsive to my email and the condo is just a short 5-10min drive to Keystone. Couldn’t have asked for a more reasonably-priced and comfortable place to stay. Fantastic condo, great location

Just the right size for my husband and me. Easy drive to Keystone and Breckinridge for skiing. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities for cooking in. Perfect for 2 people.

Lovely condo perfect for 2

Condo is clean and well laid out. The two of us felt very comfortable. The bike path is right in front of the main door and we enjoyed a 34 mile roundtrip bike ride to Breckenridge. Excellent communication with the host. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing Week Away

The condo was an absolutely adorable and cozy place to stay. We had a relaxing time and were walking distance to some great pubs and restaurants. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the bay is literally in the back yard. I highly recommend checking out the Tiki Bar which is a 10 min walk from the condo with amazing views and good drinks. There's fishing, boating, and swimming. Plus the outlets are not far away. The host was also very accommodating and communicative. We will definitely stay here again.
