NEW CARPET installed Dec 2025\. It has one bedroom with queen size bed, a very large walk-in closet, living room with a comfy queen size sleeper sofa, kitchen with breakfast nook overlooking golf course, patio with gas grill, chairs, bistro set (watch the golfers go by during the day and wildlife at night). The condo is on the ground floor and nobody is above. We provide a non-smoking environment. Absolutely NO smoking/vaping allowed inside the unit. Please use outdoor areas for smoking only. Small dogs (under 20lbs) are welcome with an additional $200 fee. If not charged at time of booking, an additional fee charge request will be sent. Please also note; pets should not be left unattended. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers from the comfort of his chair on the patio. It was very quiet at night, and we enjoyed looking at he scenery from the dining table every afternoon. ##### Mary K. The location of the condo was perfect for our trip and the patio has plenty of shade in the morning for coffee. It was an easy drive to downtown Prescott and Lynx Lake. The golf course is well maintained and I had a great 18 holes of golf with our friend. ##### Donald B.
