"子供の遊ぶところが、ラウンジから見守れたら お酒やジュースを飲みながら見守り出来るのになーと思いました。ファミリー層のホテルなので、もう少し配慮していただけるともっと良いホテルになると思いました。 遅い方の朝食だったので仕方のないのかもしれませんが、残っていないものもあって残念でした。"

"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"바로 앞에 호수가 있어서 경치가 너무 아름답고, 목욕시설이 너무 좋아 피로가 한꺼번에 풀리는 느낌. 잠자리 역시 널찍하고, 편안했다. 종업원의 서비스도 맘에 들고, 아침 식사도 단아하며, 맛이 있었다. 문제점, 도착하니 예약사실이 없다며 거절한다. 당황, 한국으로 전화해서 확인을 어렵사리 했더니 그때서야 오케이, hotels.com의 처리 미숙으로 곤란을 겪었다."

"The Ryokan is located by the side of the river with a verdant forest in the back ground. This makes it a picturesque view from my room window. The sound of the flowing river makes for pleasant & soothing ambience. The onsen radium rich water is unique to this area & is supposed to have therapeutic efficacy. The onsen village centre's street has some interesting shops to discover. Slight down side, the ryokan is dated & needs some sprucing up. "

"The property is huge. The room is very spacious and clean, thought the furniture is a little antique, the staff were courteous and efficient, though they speak only Japanese but they try to converse with you in English. There is a big outdoor carpark. The breakfast was excellent , large variety, well presented, healthy options available, remember to return your used cutlery and tray to the nearest rack after your meal. There is not much to do in the hotel except for onsen and table tennis. The forest surrounding the hotel provides a breathtaking view. Have to venture out, there is plenty to explore."
