Positif : le personnel d’accueil adorable et très serviable, les chambres, les plats gastronomiques du restaurant Ruts, le spa très beau et qui donne sur des paysages incroyables MAIS : l’accès au spa n’est pas inclus dans le prix des chambres, c’est 70€ par personne et par jour. Ça les vaut quand il n’y a pas grand monde mais deux fois sur trois c’est rempli de buveurs d’alcool très bruyants et éméchés qui gâchent totalement le moment de repos des autres hôtes, et comme ils consomment beaucoup au bar, personne ne leur dit rien. Résultat : un moment plus stressant que relaxant, l’impression d’être dans un pub irlandais plutôt que dans un lieu de détente silencieux et tamisé. Donc promesse non tenue, le minimum serait de faire respecter le règlement à ces gens là, même s’ils sont intéressants pour le chiffre d’affaire… De même, le restaurant Ruts est formidable mais il faut s’y prendre en avance pour espérer avoir une table, car il est généralement pris d’assaut par des personnes extérieures, et le fait de séjourner à l’hôtel ne fait pas de vous des hôtes prioritaires, ce qui est dommage. Enfin, si vous vous offrez un massage, il faut prier pour tomber sur la bonne personne : mon mari a adoré le sien, j’ai vécu un calvaire avec une masseuse brutale, sans aucune douceur ni aucune empathie, une heure très douloureuse et cher payée ! Le pire massage de ma vie.
