"I booked the hotel room same day because I arrived at the Santiago airport a day early. They were very accommodating because within hours of booking the room they were able to send a shuttle to the airport to get me. The airport shuttle is included in the price of the room. The amount that I paid for this rule is at least equivalent to a 3-star hotel in the United States and the service was much much better much more attentive and comfortable. I would stay there again, I would stay there long term, the staff is top notch."

"Beautiful location and fun resort. There was a lot of pressure to listen to a sales pitch on becoming a member. This made me decide not to go back. The only way to book reservations was to talk to the concierge, so the app didn’t do much. The off resort country was beautiful. The DR has beautiful culture and people "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to everything, I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality of the linens to the excellent housekeeping service. Definitely we're coming back!! "The condition of rooms was not perfect. We had a room with an extremely loud air conditioner, the sliding patio doors were hard to operate. The rooms were spacious, lucking an extra dresser "

There was a private beach within a short walk, or staff offered to take you in a golf cart. Just a really great place to stay within walking distance of other things as well"

Went to cielo rooftop bar had the fish with pasta and ceviche were really tasty, had two leechyee martinis, they were warm. Overall i would come back. Great location, very clean room, welcoming staff and very helpful."
