"I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "

"What an amazing spot!!! The building itself is so charming and the owner is a very special lady. She catered to all our requests and then some. Her breakfast and baked goods were wonderful and her knowledge of the area really made our visit to Uzes extra special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return some day."

"Propriétaire très sympathique, à l’écoute. Notre chat Mia s’y est bien senti. Très bel appartement, bien situé, bonne insonorisation. En revanche l’appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement et quelques aménagements comme des rangements pour les vêtements et plus de vaisselle. Il faut prévoir dans vos frais, le paiement du parking très proche de l’appartement. Sinon la région est magnifique. La ville d’Uzes est à découvrir et très agréable...

"Zeer charmant huis met een mooi zwembad. Je kan het betrekkelijk koel houden op zomerse dagen. De slaapkamer beneden is zeker ok. Slapen op de mezzanine is wel warm. Boven is het ook warm en daar mag het wel wat vernieuwd worden. Het licht werkte niet in de gang en de slaapkamer. De aangrenzende badkamer is heel klein en niet zo proper. Ook de keuken heeft wat opfrissing nodig. Wij waren met 7 en dan is er te weinig bestek. De vaatwasser moet dus 2 x per dag op. Wij hebben in ieder geval toch erg genoten van ons verblijf en geleefd als God in Frankrijk. De host is super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. De ligging is prachtigen heeft een goede uitvalsbasis."
