« The hotel was very nice situated in a very quite part of murree. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was lots of staff members around all very polite and helpful. The food in the cafe donwstairs was a bit expensive and wasn't to our taste. The swimming pool hasn't been built yet either. The hotel is about 5km from mall road and we found it difficult to get taxis but luckily we had a driver. »

« One of the most charming places my friend and I stayed on our trip in March! Rooms are beautifully designed and clean. The rooftop is lovely and has a nice view, and the breakfast was delicious. « Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

Great Hotel!
"Great hotel with great staff. Very clean. Superb breakfast. Nice gym. The hotel has a direct access to the "Emporium mall" in case you need to go for shopping which is a good thing. Two things could be improved: adding half an hour to the breakfast time 11:00 am instead of 10:30 am, and beeing more carefull with the bed sheets. Not that the sheet were dirty, but they had some stains that seems not to go with washing and it's a pitty when you look at the general cleanliness of the hotel which is outstanding. "
