Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. "This was the perfect spot to stay in Sultanahmet. A short walk to both the blue mosque or the grand bazaar and only 1 min walk to a tram stop it gives you already access to all the main tourist spots in Sultanahmet. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful and upgraded us to joining rooms which was much appreciated. The best thing about the hotel was the room sizes which were huge by Istanbul standards. I’ve been to Istanbul many times and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in! "
