« The room was tidy and clean, we were welcomed by the staff who made sure we had our keys left for us with security, after the reception closed, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t make the use of the kitchen in the end, but it had all the usual amenities. Generally a pleasant stay, the room we booked had a foldable sofa bed, which was firm, but not at all uncomfortable. « The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money. »

« New property, very clean, easy check-in, good communication, safe area. Small convenience store at corner of apt bldg. Everything as described in the listing. Close to bus station, even walking distance to old-town is doable.
Only thing missing in my mind, was dish-towel and small cleaning rag. Dishwasher missed Salt and Rinse-aid and did not run because of this. But we are old-fashioned and washed dishes by hand 😁. Wash machine worked excellent, though. »
