« Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

« Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay ! »

"Ma fille et moi avions passer un agréable séjour . J’ai voulu faire la fille découvrir la Dominique et la nature , les cascades. L’hôtel est bien placé . Heureusement qu’il y avait un restaurant à côté Nous avions pu prendre le petit déjeuné le dîner et le soupe . Le personnel est très gentille. "

"L établissement devrait etre classé en 2 etoiles. Les chambres sont propres seulement à votre arrivée. Apres durant tout le sejour la chambre n est pas nettoyer ,la poubelle pas vider,dans le placard 1 cintre pas 2.Pas de lampe de chevet.. TV qu en Anglais, les frigos sont fatigués,. Le petit déjeuner est sur demande la veille. Pas de service de restaurant si arrivée tardive débrouillez vous. Le dimanche pas de service ,votre petit déjeuner voir ailleurs fort young hotel prévoir 26 euros par personne. La réception aimable mais pas professionnelle. Enfin c est juste un hotel pour se poser car les nuits sont bruyantes, musique toute la soirée par un bar à côté, bruit de voiture sans cesse, seule bonne note le matelas est correct. "

"We had a great stay at Villa Copthall. The hotel has such a lovely welcoming vibe. The staff was so kind and helpful. They volunteered lots of information and ideas for things to do in the area. Thank you to Ricky and Herman for all the nice things they did to make our kids smile. The pool and the view was great as well. Lots to do in the area. Get an AWD car to explore the surroundings."
