« Rooms were awesome. The kitchen was complete with cups, dishes, and silverware so it made the stay very convenient. Room was beautiful like a nice apartment and beautiful backyard view. The only downside was the loud construction noise in the early morning. It was Sunday morning the construction was happening and Saturday night in Steamboat is for the most part a fun night bar hopping. A morning to sleep in would’ve been nice after being out late. »

« What a beautiful property right at the base of the slope! Even though it was summer, there was plenty to do on property, and we took quite a few hikes off property as well as explored the downtown area. The front desk team was fantastic. We had a minor issue with our washer not working and the speed with which they responded and took care of the issue was amazing! The unit was fantastic! We could not have been more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be returning! »

« Trip of a lifetime for our family. We had the best time on the property viewing the immense wildlife that visited daily: moose, chipmunks, eagles, ducks, deer, geese, and all types of hummingbirds. The location was perfect especially the proximity to RMNP and Grand Lake Village.This trip could not have been half of what it was without the wonderful hosts, Kami and Tim. Their knowledge of the area and spectacular hospitality made our trip one we will never forget! Can’t wait to come back! »
