« I arrived about 9 pm. The temp was 70, with 71% humidity. I set the thermostat to 65. After 10 min, the sytem kicked off. I contacted the owner. He said to close the blinds & give the thermostat time to communicate with the A/C. Ten min had already passed. The temp had gone up & the humidity was now 76%. « The apartment was nice. The only thing we had a problem with is the noise. There was a party downstairs underneath our apartment and it was so loud. We couldn’t even hear the TV. If you’re going for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I’m not sure this is the place. If noises don’t bother you then this is a great place with a great view. I do have to say after we got in touch with the owners they did try to get the party quieted down around 11 p.m. »

There was an annoying whistle from the bathroom vent when the heat or the a/c came on but we put a towel over it and that helped. « We were in town to visit family and this property was very close and convenient to the Marion area. It was very clean and the owners provided everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated that there were a few snacks and waters in the fridge as we have a couple kids that get hungry at sometimes inconvenient times. Coffee and cream were provided which was also very convenient for us as the coffee shop wasn't open on Sunday. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone...

Also check in availability is late (5 PM). If you want earlier or at least 3 PM (which is the industry standard), you have to pay an extra 25 for every earlier hour that you need. Take this in consideration if you are in town for an evening event you will be rushing to. »
