« Very easy location if you are travelling northwards on the A1. A very leafy part of Darlington. There is a park the other side of the road a bit further on but we didn't go to it. The building has character and history that we like but there are modern rooms if you prefer that style. We have been twice recently and will go again. On the 2 Saturdays we have been there there have been weddings but have not been disturbed by any noise and quite enjoy seeing some of the guests as we go through the...

« A part sa situation centrale, cet hôtel ne mérite pas qu'on s'y arrête. Notre chambre était minuscule, table de chevet seulement d'un côté du lit (j'ai utilisé la poubelle retournée en guise de tablette pour pouvoir y mettre ma montre et mon livre), pas de climatisation. La salle de bains était bien rénovée, mais il y avait quand même deux robinets séparés pour l'eau chaude et froide, tellement chers aux British! Donc côté chaud: robinet brûlant et impossible de faire couler l'eau à température...
