« Very disappointing experience at Embassy Suites East Peoria Riverfront Hotel. I chose this hotel because of the high ratings, but the room cleanliness was unacceptable. Before I could even put my belongings away, I noticed thick dust all over the outside and inside of the closet door, the bathroom counter, and even the tissue box. « We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...
