« My daughter and I came for the pool area the hot tub was completely closed off and not working and the pool was not very clean the water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom of the pool. There were no pool towels on the first day we had to ask a couple times up front and the next day there were a few in the morning. When we checked in at 3:15 most of the rooms were not cleaned because they said housekeeping was running behind »

« We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again! »

« Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. »

« Great service since the moment I walked in. The room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The monthly you walk through the doors you already know you will be having a great stay and experience. »

« Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. (If you know what I mean by those. ) we told the staff about it and just said please change the bedding and clean our room instead of moving us again. We came back that evening bedding was changed and looked somewhat vacuumed....

« Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nothing I asked for was too much (not that I asked for a lot). The breakfast was fresh and tasty! Would recommend. »

« overall, it was clean and for the most part quiet. A suggestion would be to keep those people with active children on the 1st floor to avoid the loud banging from little feat coming from the 2nd floor rooms. »

« Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again! »

« Cozy place to stay »

« Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again. »

« When I arrived the staff told me my booking did not sync through Expedia and I’d have to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to resolve things and the hotel gave me a room with the remote missing to the A/C. The staff gave me a spare remote that wasn’t the same brand as the A/C and didn’t work. I couldn’t open the door because it was swollen shut. When I finally got in, it was so humid and I took a look around and opened my window to be staring at a bunch of people in the indoor pool. »
