« Pour les Français qui passent dans le coin… je vous recommande ce Bed and Breakfast La maison se trouve au milieu d’un petit parc (qui mériterait un petit entretien) La chambre est de taille comparable à celle des Français et le lit est top (chambre Garden) Les hôtes, très sympathiques nous on préparait un petit déjeuner sympa et on fait un effort pour nous parler un anglais simple pour que nous puissions comprendre AVIS AUX FRANÇAIS : Faites un petit détour pour y aller dormir ❤️ »

« Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. L'enregistrement a ete tres long car la personne de l'accueil n'était pas suffisamment formée. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée mais sale. Moquette tâchée, draps usés et avec une vingtaine de cheveux longs dans chaque lit. Odeur de moisi dans la chambre et les gobelets pour le café. »

« Room was clean and safe, but was devoid of even basic amenities: No hair dryer, no kitchenette items of any kind, no electric plug near the desk, no ice available in the building, no breakfast, only 3 small pillows [not enough for 2 people]. The inviting picture of the lobby on the Website is absolutely false. »

« Parking was easy and secure. The air condition kept room cool and the staff was extremely nice. Room was not as clean as photos and complimentary breakfast had one piece of bread, a couple of bananas and a little coffee. »

« Room was clean but smelled of musty socks. Television wasn't working. I was told by the front desk staff that I might need to unplug the HDMI cables and switch them around. I did this try a few things and it still wouldn't work. Just ended up not watching tv. The ice maker on the third floor did not work. Shower dial that displayed hot and cold was loose and just spun freely. »

« Pros: Cool room and clean. Good hot breakfast. Helpful front desk. Plenty of parking. No freeway noises. Cons: Hallway remodeling during last week of February with strong glue odor. Should be dissipated by now. Low water pressure on 4th level. »

« Cute cottages! This is a nice property. Modern and clean. Convenient and easy check-in. Looks very family friendly although we were on a quick girls trip to Round Top. The only thing to know is the lofts are not full height. Fine for kids, a little difficult for adults. But it served its purpose just fine. »

« Quaint lodging with great attention to detail. It was easy to locate, easy to check in, and it had everything we needed. Little details like both plain and French vanilla coffee creamer (I’m not a big coffee drinker so I only partake if there’s flavored creamer), makeup removal wipes in the bathroom, an embroidered washcloth with my name (?!!?! WOW!!), and a spectacular fresh, homemade breakfast. The place was very clean and tidy, welcoming, and felt like a fantastic place to stay. Our stay was...

« Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...
