"Very convenient and well-run. I liked the huge window we had in our 4th floor room looking down on the cloverleaf and I know that might be an odd thing to like but so many hotels have cramped windows. I appreciated the feeling of spaciousness and it functioned well as TV for the dog! The hotel was very busy too with a lot of guests but didn't seem overwhelmed."

"Shower was not draining, could not find any trash bags or dish soap; wish the bedrooms had tvs and the kitchen was stocked with more cookware; some of the dishes in cabinets needed to be rewashed before using; would appreciate a light source in the living room; would suggest removing the desk and add more furniture, also would suggest removing couch from current wall as it is blocking the radiator heater and the curtains as well as the couch were extremely hot overall for the price fairly happy...
