"Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically...

"We stay in and around Ithaca several times a year and this has been my favorite so far. I love camping, but for me, the worst part of camping is getting all the gear together and packing up the car. By staying here, we avoided all that. The sleeping quarters were airy and cozy and the kitchen and bath house. Were great. It’s only 15 min from Cornell but feels like being in the country. We will definitely try to stay here again!"
