"My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Navarre March 5–7 while visiting Navarre Beach. Overall it was a very comfortable stay with friendly service, but one detail future travelers should know is that this property sits on the mainland side of the Navarre Beach Causeway, not on the beach itself. When I booked, I expected it to be closer to the Gulf, but the beach is actually about a 5–10 minute drive across the causeway. Once we realized that, it wasn’t a problem at all — just something worth knowing ahead of time so expectations are set correctly. Our room was extremely clean and well maintained. The bedding was fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the entire room felt comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping clearly does a great job maintaining the property. The front desk staff were excellent. Check-in was quick, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. That level of service always makes a stay more enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked reliably during our stay. and speeds were strong enough for email, streaming, and general browsing until storms came in and interuppted service. While it’s not beachfront, the location still works well. The hotel is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and only a short drive across the bridge when heading to the beach. Very clean rooms, great staff, and a comfortable stay overall. The only surprise was that the hotel is on the mainland rather than directly on the beach."

"The place was ok. I mean it was clean and stuff. The issues was with the small tub with no drain plug had to use a rag to plug it up to take a bath. Then the T.V. Worked just not the programming? Because it worked the first day then that was it. Ended up getting YouTube to work and watched what we could. Then the shower gel and hand soap dispenser s were either empty or hardly worked. You had to pump it like 20 times and you would only get a pea sized amount out of it. So Saturday on our way out we stopped by front desk to notify them of issues only to end up waiting and got tired of waiting so we left. Then on check out went to counter to check out and again no one ever showed up. Rang the bell twice and even seen some maintenance people but no one showed up. So just left cause I used hotels.com and got my receipt. Then the coffee was good but you had these baby cups so it took like two trips back and forth to get a regular cup of coffee on the single elevator which was slow….So place was clean and ok just all the other little stuff is why I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Beautiful pool and “lazy river” area to float around on tubes, which were provided. Lovely lighting on the pool area at night. Our tv didn’t work and the desk sent up a maintenance person right away. The cable box was not working and he was apologetic but unable to fix it at the time. Nice breakfast, roomy shower. "
