"Window a/c was full of mold so the apartment smelled musky, no hot water the first night i was there.. the host did have the issues addressed.. bed fell apart in the middle of the night and mattress ended up on the floor… the dishes were not very clean! "Every staff member we encountered was SO friendly! The young man and woman at the front desk, breakfast staff-the tall man and shot woman (she said the staff calls her “Shortie” were all lovely! So many times at hotels, the staff acts like the guests are a bother, but this staff all behaved as though they were happy to be there. So refreshing! The coffee-brewed to order 24/7 was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints! "
