« The room wasn't but continental breakfast food ran out of supplies, hardly any choice to choose from. The night before we were starving because of the casino was short handed and restaurantes were close, or very long wait time to just order. So we go back to hotel restaurante and they stopped serving food at 9pm when they are opened to 11pm and stopped serving alcohol at 9:45pm. Was very disappointed and starving. Thank goodness I brought my own snacks for our room, because Im a diabetic. »

« Dirty towel in the closet, used coffee pod in the keurig, needed 2 remotes for the TV. Only had 1. Dirt/mud outside our room door for 2 days.... »

« I don't really see how they can advertise that they have a breakfast buffet. The hotel sign states, breakfast is from 6:30 to 9. For the 3 mornings we stayed, July 2 ,3 , and 4, 2026 most everything was out at 8 and wasnt restocked. On one morning at 8 most of the food was out, except 2 pieces of bread, no plates no bowls, no forks and the tables were filthy. I watched several people walk up and walk away, since everything was out. The older lady at the front desk clearly knew this during...

« I booked a room. Paid for said room. When I called to inform hotel I would be a little late, I was informed they DIDN'T have a reservation for me! I even had an ITINERARY #, AND a CONFIRMATION #! Good luck to the next person.............. I'll NEVER stay there again! »

« I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys. »

« The staff was wonderful and the place was cozy and so beautifully decorated. If you love b and bs, this is a great stop. I don't usually do reviews but I would come back here any day and I hope I will soon. »

« The water pressure in shower was nice... But to have to dry off with smoke filled towels with cat hair sucked. Had to buy own t.p. And don't expect new towels everyday. The lady at desk was rude, unhelpful. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful. »
