We rented this for family Christmas. Enough room for all to be comfortable. Every room was Decorated beautifully for Christmas. Each and everyone of us enjoyed this beautiful secluded home. Had a nice fire pit. The grandchildren went on the lake in a paddle boat. Life jackets were supplied. Host came by and checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. The only downsides are the rooms are smaller and bathroom situation for larger people is a hazard for hitting your head or bumping into things. That's the charm though as it's a true historic building and it is part of the experience.
