« The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We did stay over the 4th of July and were excited when we were told we could see the fireworks from our balcony. I also called the day of to double check and they said yes, absolutely, you'll be able to see the show from your balcony. I called a 3rd time since I did some Google searches and I made sure they were aware our room faced the Lexington- yep, you can see the fireworks. « My grandson and I spent four days and three nights at the plaza. We had NO HOT WATER for the entire stay. There was mold and mildew all along the baseboard and in the drain of the shower. The GFCI was broken and didn’t work. Part of it was broken and exposure to inside was visible. I personally had to go down stairs to get fresh towels and wash cloths. There was absolutely no maid service at all. No telephone to call for services. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had....

« Worst customer service ever was told I can check in at 2 Waited outside till 2 came back said we had to wait till 4 came back at 4 wasn’t ready till 5:30 on top of that I had gotten two rooms and only on was ready second was ready 30 mins later and ended up having someone walk into the room because the staff gave the same room to someone else and on top of that they tried charging me 3x the amount for two rooms instead of two payments for two nights will not be staying at this whole ever again »

Le parking est à 10$ la nuit (déduit lors du remboursement assez rapide du deposit card qui est de 75$). L'accueil à 16h a été très bon, avec toutes les explications nécessaires. « Bon hotel près de la plage. Un peu cher pour les prestations en particulier le parking a 10 usd... alors que les places le long de la route sont gratuites. Sinon calme et secure. »
