« Staff very friendly, rooms nice and clean. »

« Due to extreme weather causing damage to the building, everyone had to evacuate. The staff was professional and helpful, but they were unable to secure rooms for all of us in other hotels. Things would have been fine if the weather had cooperated. Until the evacuation, we were satisfied with the hotel. So my “okay” rating would have been higher under normal circumstances. »

« This is not your typical hotel stay, so when I say everything was well maintained, service was good, etc, it accounts for the fact it is a very old home with some original or era appropriate things (such as old doornobs which my daughter commented on), and that it is a true B&B so it is their home and they have lives and it is not a standard hotel setting (they had a hair dryer, just not in every bathroom). « The only issue we had was I didn’t realize there were three apartments. We kept trying to use the code for apartments A and B. It turned out we rented apartment C that you enter on the other side of the building. I messaged Kristina and she got right back to me to solve the problem. »
