« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« J’ai apprécié de pouvoir faire un checking 10 minutes après la fermeture de la réception et je remercie la réceptionniste pour cela. Par contre, au-delà de dormir, il n’y a rien à faire. Et attention la climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien. « The place had great natural light and an awesome view of the mountains off the balcony. Avant-stay is very quick to respond which made communication easy. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken when we went and the WiFi was having issues but overall we had a great time at the place. »

« Smaller than expected but location and host were great. The extra resort fees are not included and we missed the fine print on that. Was a pretty penny and definitely made the stay not worth the . Especially since you cant check in till 4pm the first day and leave by 11am the last day. »
