Welcome to Sage Escape - Brasada Ranch, Luxury Cabin 15, where you will enjoy an entire private 2 King bedroom suites with updated interiors and a pull out sleeper for 6 guests total.  
  
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞  
Enjoy stunning sunsets and mountain views off your private back deck and hot tub. Fire up the Weber Gas grill on the wrap around private covered deck for a lovely BBQ dinner or enjoy the convenience of it’s full gourmet kitchen that opens onto the great room with gas fireplace for an all-inclusive entertaining experience.

• Living Room - Sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests

You'll have access to our cabin and a wide range of amenities at Brasada Ranch!  
  
RESORT AMENITIES:  
You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, athletic club pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees). Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.  
  
Guests are not provided access to the Club’s Cascade Pool  
  
Fire pits:  
Brasada Ranch has temporarily banned the use of all outdoor fire pits until further notice.

There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests.  
\*Children aged 5 and under are not included in the guest count and are exempt from the resort fee.  
\*Brasada members are also exempt from the resort fee.  
  
Resort fee will be collected by us separately before your stay, even if you choose not to use the resort amenities.  
Once the total resort fee is calculated, we’ll send a separate request for the resort fee payment.  
  
SEASONAL RATES:  
• Jan 01 - May 12 = $36 / person / night  
• May 13 - Sep 30 = $68 / person / night  
• Oct 01 - Dec 31 = $40 / person / night

4 guests x 2 nights x $36 seasonal rate = $288 resort fee

If you're booking July 4-6, please note that guests will not have access to the athletic club and pools, and no resort fees will be charged for these dates.  
  
𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄  
• When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.  
• The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)  
• Changes made to the resort forms once submitted will have an additional fee of $100.  
• The restaurant, athletic center, general store, and pool area are located 0.1 mile from this property.  
• Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.  
• Guests may not utilize or park RVs, off-road vehicles, trailers, or other large vehicles at this property.  
• While we strive to maintain a pet-free environment for this home, we cannot guarantee that pets have not been in the home, as we do adhere to rules regarding service animals.  
• For your safety and comfort, fire pits are currently prohibited on the property, as per Brasada's guidelines.
