« Pet friendly, clean, smoke free rooms and friendly staff »

« All sites indicate there is a hot tub, however, there is not. Apparently has been closed for awhile, filled up with cement with a rusty dusty pool table on top. There was a man that kept his room door open a few doors down and smelled up the entire motel. When I tell you it smelled like a crappy old folks home I am not exaggerating. I highly doubt there was any chlorine in the pool as there was no chlorine smell. Very very disgusting place. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they met each of our needs with a smile. Breakfast was simple, but sustainable with hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again if back in the area! »

« This cabin was very spacious and clean! It had towels and kitchen linens as it listed and everything we needed for cooking from pans to utensils! Enjoyed fishing at the pond-taught our 3 year old Grandson to fish and caught lots of bluegills and crappie! Plenty of wood was waiting for us for a fire for grilled hotdogs n smores! Great experience! Would stay here again! Been there before for a graduation party at the shelter! Huge playground to keep kids entertsined! »

« We were in Thorp visiting relatives in the area. We were thrilled to find this house so we didn’t have to stay at the local hotel. The house is adorable, clean, and a lovely retreat if you are in the area. I hope to stay here again next year when I am visiting family. »

« Could use a thorough cleaning. Bath tub and shower needs updated. I have had high iron water in my home and it didn’t look like this. »

« Absolutely loved this place. My wife was pregnant so we could not camp and this checked all the boxes. Close to Arbutus and the MUG. My family decided to join, this place is very spacious with 4 bedroom and living room. Game and bar room was awesome with the patio. The host had everything provided. Chairs, grill, utensils, bedding. Plenty of parking. Check in and check out was easy. Great host. Would def recommend. »

« Great property and surroundings! The creek is just down the house, gorgeous view, peaceful and beautiful. The only suggestion is please add clear notes to the listing that you are not providing towels- I pretty much saw that when we made it to the front door and needed to follow the steps for checking in- literally at the cabin front door, so we ended up 6 people without shower towels at 10pm in the middle of the woods. Every other property we ever rented would provide basics like bath towels. »
