It was twenty some degrees out and took 3 hours to get the room warm. If you know you’re going to assign a room the heat should be on in winter months. Also there were cigarette burns on our bedding. The beds were saggy. The coverlets were full of lint and stuff. Floor dirty. The continental breakfast was a couple of bananas and oranges, yogurt in the refrigerator with no spoons, orange juice and no glasses, coffee but no cups, no cereal, no bakery.
