"I Had To Check Out early"

"I had no pets so I can not address that feature ; breakfast was okay but not worth the time;staff was friendly except house keeping , my room was not serviced until the day before I checked out, requested service and towels and I eventually got clean towels after a lot of back and forth but room was not cleaned trashed pulled until Sunday and i was checking out Monday. I have never experience such treatment in all my years of traveling. First and Last stay at a Red Roof Inn"

"I like how the room was bigger than most rooms. I didn’t like the bathroom door. It was double doors. There were no safe in the closet like most hotels. The breakfast was the same every day. After the 3rd day I was done. I stayed there for 6 days. I appreciate the free food but it wasn’t enough. The staff were nice. But what really upset me was the roaches!!!! I found one in my little bag on the floor with my flip flops and my husband also saw one. The doors to the rooms have a big space so I’m assuming they came in that way. Smh."
