« I had a really rough trip bringing my disabled daughter to see her grandpa. It was a 4 hour drive each way. By the time I got settled in I was exhausted. The front desk clerk (I wish I had gotten her name) was so kind, helpful & got us checked in quickly. We ordered room service and the food was very good. « The room was very nice and the staff was amazing but there was a terrible smell in the hallways that seeped into my room. There was also some questionable characters around and someone got arrested in the parking lot. »

« The room’s floor was not mopped prior to my check in. At least 20 spots were on the floor throughout the room and they were easy to see. They were liquid spills that dried. »

« Bathroom toilet gave issue the entire time we were there staff told us to make sure toilet string was attached like we are maintenance, breakfast was decent but certain things like waffle maker didn’t work and had to ask for help for the juice are to work as well. »

« I stayed at this property 3/19/2026 for one night not knowing it is being remodeled. If you have sensitivity to strong odors, which I do, I would avoid until the remodel is complete. I believe it was adhesives that were affecting my eyes, nose and gave me a migraine. If you don’t have sensitivity to odors it’s probably not an issue.
