"From check in to check out . Staff very friendly. I wanted to make a shout out to the lady who is in the area for the breakfast. She was so friendly and kind . Made everyone feel wonderful. She checked up on everyone and is just the kindest lady. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was amazing! Made the whole experience that much better !! She is why people will come back! Thank you for a good experience! "

"Breakfast was OK. Parking was parking was iffy. The Riverview consisted of sitting in your room and looking out no balcony nowhere to sit outside."

"Room was not clean at all hair in the sink as well in the bed. Not clean at all. "

"The hotel was clean, up to date, breakfast was great, parking and area was safe. Only downside was that shower was impossible to figure out and we finally just took lukewarm showers. I told gal at desk when checking out and she was very nice and apologetic and said that they would check it. We were in a hurry to get ready that morning so just needed to take a quick shower and no time to have someone come up to check it. We tried everything."

"My only real complaint is the bathroom in our room(216). It is so small that if someone was sitting on the toilet and the door got opened they would get their knees broken! I will be going through Kennewick again and booked a different hotel because of that."
