"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The level of service truly stood out—whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or any other team member, they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with outstanding service."

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. For some reason, WiFi only worked on 1 device of ours but otherwise, it was a nice quiet stay."

"From start to finish, the experience was disappointing. Upon check-in, we were given a king-size bed despite having booked a room with two queen beds. The reservation was for four guests, yet only two towels were provided. There were also many unsupervised kids on the premises who kept knocking on our door and running away, which was very disruptive. The pool area was overcrowded, and the jacuzzi was not working. By the second day, the pool itself was closed. Breakfast was equally frustrating—there were large crowds and food items were not being replenished in a timely manner. Also, indoor AC unit was so loud that kept waking up my kids. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and was quite disappointing."

"It was OK. Staff in general were not friendly or informative. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is half the size it seems from the site. Great gym. Nothing was mentioned about the hot tub being out or the loud events that would be taking place that evening. It is a party hotel. Loud booming music until late hours of the night for scheduled events."

"The fabric covered chair had so many stains I didn’t want to touch it. The bedside lights did not work. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Every corridors reeks of pot (weed, skunk, marijauna) This has happened on 3 most recent stays. We will probably choose a different hotel in the future. "

"recently stayed at the Hyatt House Baltimore after a last-minute flight cancellation, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, and the free breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. My only complaint was the shuttle service. After calling the hotel and providing my location, I waited about 45 minutes before calling again. I was then told the hotel was only 5 minutes away and the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes, which was frustrating given the long wait—especially after a travel delay. Aside from the shuttle issue, the stay itself was pleasant and I would consider staying here again."
