"Very clean hotel, friendly staff, great service, took the all inclusive package & would highly recommend "

"Great staff and incredible location."

"We hardly left the hotel all week as everything there was so pleasant. Set within dramatic scenery, the hotel has really impressive planting which I loved. The breakfast had an amazing choice (cava for breakfast!), and the staff were all very nice."

"Staff were amazing, pools very good, amenities excellent especially the spar shop!"

"The hotel was great and price is very reasonable. But i think you need a car because the hotel is located uphill and its easy to walk down but its tiring coming back. And you need car to explore around the area. Also parking you need to book with hotel to get it. Better to contact them before even you get to your hotel. Price for parking also reasonable."

"We previously stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return again this year. The hotel offers nice self-catering apartments that are comfortable, well equipped and ideal for a relaxing stay. There is also an onsite SPAR shop, which is very convenient for picking up daily essentials fresh pastries and ice cream. I would happily return again in the future. It’s a nice stroll down the road to the beach or bus stops to take you conveniently to Puerto Rico and Mogan...

"Beautiful ocean view, beach is walking distance (15-20min downhill) and clean - there’s a hotel bar with AllIncl right in to the beach with snacks as well which is superb. Climbing up to the rooms is a bit challenge but we’ve love it. Restaurant could be bigger but something we could live with."

"Clean room staff wore helpful at times all inclusive was a bit confusing when asking staff they didn’t care just looked at me to say like but the all inclusive + or leave basically"

"Nice hotel, Kids friendly environment. The only thing is that there is nothing for adults"

"Very clean,lovely staff"

"Hotel was modern, clean, co"

"We enjoyed it so much we're going back this year for 11 days. An amazing place."

"All staff members were very nice and helpful. Food was great, plenty of choices everyday. The rooms and particularly bathrooms are not great, but the view makes it worth it."

"We had such a brilliant stay and honestly couldn’t fault the apartment. The sunbeds were super comfy, and the apartment itself was finished to a really high standard and equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed. The location was brilliant too, with everything within easy reach. We hired a car for the week, which made getting around Gran Canaria really easy, and there was plenty to explore nearby. A special mention has to go to Corry, who was always on hand if I had any...

"Hotel was great, myself and my family enjoyed it alot!"

"Excelente 🤗"

"Very quiet at the pool area….maybe some background music. Needs a pool table or some more things for teenagers and young kids to do."

"Great hotel if you want a nice chilled holiday"

"Fantastic, well equipped spacious apartments with massive balconies and animation team that is fantastic with the kids. The pools and splash park are great and the small soft play area is a welcome addition to the facilities too. Great location with a supermarket and lots of nice restaurants near by. There is also a large pedestrianised walkway down to the seafront which is super safe for the kids. Only grip is that the house keeping is a bit hit and miss with atleast one scheduled clean...
