"Hemos estado una semana de agosto en PETISANSENEA I un grupo de 10 personas, 6 adultos y 4 niños, y hemos vuelto encantados. Ha sido nuestra primera vez pero estoy seguro de que repetiremos. La experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades, estancias amplias y limpias, pero para mi lo mejor es su ubicación. "Had a fantastic stay here! An absolutely beautiful and spacious property located just a short walk from the village and a half hour drive from the coast. We spent time in San Sebastián as well as other nearby towns and villages, went for some stunning walks, and ate some great food. The host (Beki) was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay. Would 100% recommend!"

"Hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. Beds were quite comfortable and the design of the hotel was nice. The blackout blinds were helpful! Easy enough to get a bus into San Sebastián. Breakfast was tasty. Cleaners in our room did a great job. A few things would have made it better/really good- we had a young baby and they could have offered to help us with washing bottles etc. They cleared breakfast away either before, or exactly at the time they said it would finish (normally you get a bit of leeway in other hotels if you turn up 5-10 mins before the end!). The sink in our room was also not securely attached to the wall and they provided tea bags but no kettle. In summary- generally good but I would have hoped for a little bit more given the cost of the room. "

"Access to the spa is world class, very nice and clean sauna, hammam, and plunge pool. The room was very nice as well. At the time of my stay there were improvements being undertaken. Never encountered construction noise but evidence of building/remodeling were common. Seemed like a positive sign to me."

"Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour.
