This was a nice hotel, not a great hotel. It is located in a perfect spot, on the bay and next to the Old Town, making access to restaurants, bars, and shopping convenient. The redecorated rooms are nice, but they are VERY small and the amenities provided are few. This detracts from the excellent location of the hotel; we would probable not stay there again.

Very well located and modern hotel. Comfortable beds. Reasonable prices for breakfast. Follow instructions carefully or you will not find it. Parking is 30 euros daily a bit steep but they do it for you. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shopping nearby.

The reception staff couldn’t be more helpful. We drove to San Sebastián- they parked the car for us! They armed us with lots of information about the city! The hotel is in a great position by the port and with easy walking around the city.

the location is incredible, and super adorable in that it's tucked away in this little corner overlooking the bay, the room i stayed in was on the smaller size, but very normal for europe...the hotel's breakfast honestly is worth the stay alone!! lovely place to stay and easy walk from here to almost anything you want to do in San Sebastian!

Although the hotel would ordinarily be great for what we needed (private parking with ev charging at the hotel and a great location) we were only made aware 2 days before our arrival that there would be a stage directly outside of the hotel with live bands until 3am. This did impact our stay because we had no time to find an alternative hotel which we would have done if we were told in advance or when booking. We did not sleep well at all which meant we were very tired throughout our stay in San Sebastián.
