Great spot in Antiguo away from the buzzle but close enough to everything. Very authentic Spanish neighborhood experience. Would definitively stay here again. Special Thanks to all the staff at the front desk (Cristina, Narea, Miguel and the other great guy whose name I forgot) as well as to the housekeeping staff!!

Really nice part of town. We loved having a balcony. Room was clean. Air conditioning a little too cold and we were unable to control it. The bathroom in a ‘glass box’ within the room offered little privacy. The shower was nice and hot but overflowed if you ran it long enough to wash your hair.

There are mixed reviews about the hotel, but if you’re after a modern hotel in an excellent location, and you’re travelling with your partner, then I’d recommend the Letoh Letoh. The rooms are not big, but there’s decent space, and the bed is very comfy, shower is good and it’s very clean. Staff there are really helpful. Given the bathroom has glass walls, I wouldn’t stay here with friends or family. You can buy breakfast from the nice cafe downstairs, but there are lots of great bars, cafes and bakeries within steps of this hotel so you’ve lots of options.

We stayed 2 nights in San Sebastián and Letoh Letoh was the perfect hotel for us. We had a room with a private balcony which provided us with lots of space. There were numerous cafes and restaurants in the area and very close to the beach.

The location is great! Walkable to the beach and to lots of bars and restaurants. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting my bus ticket to Bilbao on-line and arranging taxis. The coffee shop next door has great coffee, but they don't open until 8:00am.

We spent one day in San Sebastian and wished we'd stay for at least another night. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and it was lovely to hear the water as we walked around. The public bus is a 3-stop ride to the old town. Uber doesn't work well as there aren't many drivers. Taxis are reasonable but we liked the bus as you don't need to buy a transit card to ride, just use your credit card to pay the fare. We were fortunate to have arrived on the second night of the city's Semana Grande, which is a week-long festival of music, dancing, sports, impromptu singing and lots of eating. The highlight of the week is that every night there is a fireworks competition in which pyrotechnic companies from different cities in Spain and other countries compete to be the best display. We loved being able to watch the night's fireworks from our fifth floor balcony. It was pretty spectacular! All in all San Sebastian is a magical city and Letoh Letoh may have a strange name, but it's a great place to stay.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Really nice stay at this hotel, after trying to find a place that was a little outside the old town. This was perfect and gave us a nice walk along the bay to get into the town each day. Also some really nice bars and cafes close to the hotel worth exploring then if going for a food inspired break.
