Unmarried guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult. Due to the increase in guests during the Independence Day holiday period, increased security measures will be enforced at this property. All guests during the peak summer period (July 1-7) will be required to wear wristbands. The names of everyone registered in a unit will be verified to ensure that the maximum number of guests per unit is not exceeded, and that children or young adults (those under 25 years old) registered in the unit will have adequate supervision. The required ratio is one adult, parent, or legal guardian over 25 for every two children. Guests arriving at the property with disproportionate ratios will be denied access. The adult/child ratio is strictly enforced, and a no visitors policy is strictly enforced.
