My family loved staying here

This condo was perfect for our medium size family. We’ve stayed at the pelican beach building before so I was concerned that walking from the terrace to the beach and other pools would be a lot for us, but it actually wasn’t bad - even with young children. The place was perfectly stocked and the views are amazing. Would absolutely stay again

Or two days before we showed up, the management company called us and said we couldn’t use the shower in the master suite because the shower pan was cracked We worked out a deal then on Monday a plumber shows up. And all that was wrong was not enough. Tape was on the shower that stuck into the wall. I am a retired plumber, so I do know what I’m talking about. Then in the other en suite, the sink and the refrigerator and the air conditioning did not work in that part. They did get an air conditioner guy there to fix it after two or three days and am I understanding there was nothing wrong with the sink somebody had just turned the valves off all in all. I think the unit was great to rent the management company. I think needs to take better care of the units thank you Mike.

Quick family get away

We came here for Labor Day weekend. This space was prefect for us. We have a pretty big family so the space was greatly appreciated. I loved how close we were to the beach. There are so many things within walking destination to this property. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable clean space. This is definitely on my list for our future trips to Destin.

My family had a great stay! The property was clean and as pictured. The ease of check-in and check-out was appreciated. The location was perfect for our stay with young children as we were close to many attractions and restaurants, and could even take the sidewalk to walk to a few shops when needed. Definitely want to be mindful that this is located in the building towards the road and not on the beach, so there is definitely a short walk to get up there (especially if taking lots of things for numerous kiddos). The view from the balcony is gorgeous and it was quiet and peaceful throughout our entire stay. The pools were very clean and we were grateful for all of the items provided in the condo to make our stay easier. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place - excellent location

We had a wonderful time at this location. Plenty of room within the condo where everyone had space and never felt like we were crowded. Beautiful views relaxing at night on the balconies. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping, beach activities.

Summer Vacay

The room was nice and located by tons of shops and restaurants. Beach access was a bit of walk since we were in the Terrace. The pools were smaller than we expected. Also, the fact that all but one was over by the other 3 towers was somewhat of an inconvenience. Overall, we all had a nice time and the view was pretty from our balcony.
