Enjoy all the convenience it offers, including a spacious layout, private bath, and a full kitchen. The kitchen will come fully stocked with silverware, a coffee maker, a toaster, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, pans, and more to ensure you have all you need to feel at home. Rest well on memory foam mattresses and enjoy the smart tv. Plus, you’ll have access to amenities like the coin operated laundry downstairs. The entire space is included in this rental. ★No unstated guests ‣ Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will incur an extra fee of $20/per night, per extra guest. ‣Visitors must vacate the property by 12 AM each night. The request will be sent through the Airbnb resolution center.  
  
★Check-in and Check-out ‣ Standard Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 8pm ‣ Standard Check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier.  
  
★Late Check-out available on request with 48 hr notice, subject to availability, fees below ‣ 11:00 am checkout for a $25 fee or 12:00 pm checkout for a $50 fee.  
  
★Early Check-in Available, ‣48 Hrs notice ‣subject to availability, fees below ‣ 2:00 pm check-in for a $25 fee or 1:00 pm check-in for a $50 fee. Early check-ins do need to be confirmed and paid for in advance.
