« I was in Ohio for a family reunion. The puppy could not stay at the lodge at Salt Fork, so I decided to stay at the cabin. I am easily overwhelmed by people and family is not excluded! Retreating to the cabin allowed me the serenity I needed.My only dislike were the unpaved roads. My car sits very low to the ground and the gravel did a number under my car. »

« My family fell in instant love when we walked thru the door. Super clean and modern. Lots of space for two adults and 4 kiddos. My 4 year old loved the reading corner with bean bags in the basement. The covered patio in the evening with the fans on even in 90 weather was still pleasant. « This house was absolutely amazing! We needed a place to just "escape" from the hustle and bustle and this house did just the trick for us. Our family had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy the scenery. All of the beds were comfortable, the house was very well cleaned. Plenty of towels and blankets, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. Sitting on the patio by the fire and watching the kids in the hot tub, while having the view of the lake in the background...

It was not a hard decision to stay at Valley View again this year for the festival. This cute, comfy cabin has all we could want, and our hostess was communicative and gracious! Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock, sitting on the porch that overlooked the pond, sitting in the hot tub near the pond, and playing games supplied by the homeowner. They really thought of everything! The owners were very easy to reach through text. We had a small issue the one night with the water, and he fixed it immediately.
