"The upstairs apartment was easily accessed and well lighted for night time arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water and plenty of soft towels. The hot chocolate and candies were enjoyed by my grandchildren who got to sleep at “grandma’s house” for a night or two."

The owners are however not honest, the property is not an apartment but a basement in a private home. I would not have minded this except that it was moldy and may not be good for anyone with allergies. "I’ll start with the positive. The unit itself was updated and decorated simple. The property itself is extremely run down starting with pulling into a very dark driveway leading into a small dirt lot with a very large work truck parked in the entrance way and several other cars taking up most the lot. Construction materials laid out all around the property and parking lot. Broken fence and uneven grounds moving around the parking lot. On rainy days the dirt sand tracks into your unit and leaves...
