Built in 1886 “The Cottage” is the only wood framed dwelling still standing in Capitol Hill after The Great Fires of 1910. This home was wonderful. Cozy with refurbished kitchen and bedrooms. Master bath was a bit small with only a small stall shower, but it was not a detriment to enjoying staying there. Wonderful roomy outdoor space w/ grill. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with a full shared bath were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, though fridge did not have an ice or water dispenser. Coffee was thankfully provided! Central location walking distance to restaurants, bars & coffee shops was great. Will definitely stay again. ##### Minas C. It was very spacious for two adult couples and a toddler. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. We were in town for a wedding and the master bath was tricky to get ready in due to a lack of counter space, inadequate lighting and a low mirror. There was also no full length mirror.
